To re-download a track you've already licensed, log into your account and go to "My Downloads" or "Order History." There you'll find all the tracks you've purchased, with download links for the audio files and license documents. Just click the track name to download the files again. If you can't find your previous licenses, check the confirmation emails you received (they contain download links as well).
